Jessica Ward is an experienced attorney with over 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
After working at the Foreign Trade Ministry as Trade Negotiator for the Intellectual Property Table, she obtained a deep and thorough knowledge of the multiple IP legislations in the region.
After transitioning to the private practice sector, she has handled complex IP operations for multiple transnational companies.
Trademark Portfolio Management
Mrs. Ward has been focusing her practice on the emerging issues of Intellectual Property.
She has been extensively involved in trademark portfolio management in the Caribbean Islands and Central America, as well as in data privacy compliance programs and in drafting and filing PCT patent applications.
